Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the Rochdale area as a housing manager?

You would be able to make a difference to people`s lives working in a Supported Housing and hostel environment where the people in which you are supporting that live within the project live as independently as possible promoting independence to enable to live full and exciting lives. This is a full male project and the gentlemen are ex -offenders of mixed age range.

The Salary will be £32504 and the hours are based on a general Monday to Friday Rota working from 9am-5pm. Understandably there may also occasionally be the need to work around this in unsocial hours or potentially stay overnight so flexibility is a definite must on this application.

There are 47 people who use the service with a staff team which is dedicated to providing that high level of support to obtain high standards which are provided from the organisation as a whole.

We are looking for a person who has 2 years management experience or, supervisory experience in the housing sector with ex-offenders and occupancy management rent and/or arrears collection. You must also be a practising Christian for this role as this is one of the requirements on the organisation due to being a Christian based company.

It is Desirable that you have a relevant degree - in areas such as housing management policy, professional development in the housing sector and/or criminal justice field managing offender risk.
