" Driver, access to own vehicle and willingness to travel is a must

You will be part of a dedicated enthusiastic team for housing support services. Your main focus as a Housing Officer will be to maintain positive relationships with landlords, manage ASB complaints and ensure are properties are complaint in line with Health and Safety legislations.

Requirements:
· Experience of working in a Social Housing or Lettings environment.
· Experience of working with members of the public, including managing vulnerable or difficult customers.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge and understanding of current property compliance regulations.
· Able to manage time effectively.
