An incredible new opportunity has become available for a support worker to assist, and work with vulnerable residents aged 25+ and encourage independence and maximise potential to achieve personalised outcomes.

As a support worker you will support the adults to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk.

Give guidance to residents in regards to the tenancy/licence agreement and the relevant organisational procedures.

You will work with young people and enable them to sustain their tenancy and equip them in relation to taking responsibility for their property. This service will ensure people receive the right support
