As a support worker, you will be supporting and encouraging your case load of up to 5 families with life skills such as supporting them with budgeting, money management, activities in the community and support them with all aspects of daily living.

Ideally, you will be an open minded and resilient individual with integrity and compassion. You will be keen to make a difference and have a positive attitude with strong values and behaviours.

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have experience with working in a similar setting such as working with families and safeguarding and have knowledge of the benefits system. You will also have assertiveness as well as a caring nature. You will be able to build good relationships and rapport with individuals and be encouraging throughout.

This is a full-time role including evenings and weekend with a salary of £20,155. Other benefits include holidays and training, employee assistance programme and even a season ticket loan! There would be excellent scope for career development. This is a great organisation to work for.
