Are you an experienced project worker looking for a brand new opportunity working with young people within a supported housing environment? Then look no further!

We have a number of supported housing projects within the Lancashire areas which offer support to 16-25 year old young people who may have experienced homelessness, mental health, learning disabilities and/or drugs substance misuse.

You will have experience as a project worker and you will be supporting the young people with daily living skills, promoting independence and helping build their confidence.

You will be a kind, caring and patient individual who can quickly build a rapport with young people. There are various shifts available such as waking nights, weekend work and evening shifts.

You will have relevant experience of working within the social care sector and assisting with supported housing projects. It is essential you have at least 12 months experience or 6 months experience with a relevant qualification.
