Job Description

Our client located in Fulwood is seeking a Customer Service Operator to work full-time (37.50 hours each week), over Monday- Sunday. The shifts will be worked between the hours of 0800 - 2100 hours (8am - 9pm).

The pay rate is £8.21p/h

The client is looking for applicants who have:

Great customer service experience

Ideally call-centre experience (although this is not essential)

An excellent telephone manner

Good organisational skills

Computer literate - able to use microsoft packages (i.e word, excel and outlook)

A positive "can do" attitude!
