Job Description

My client is looking for a strong administrator with a HR background who is an expert when it comes to Excel

My client is a dynamic and expanding company with a common aim - turning knowledge into advantage. We provide information and training to professional business markets within the Risk & Compliance, Professional and Healthcare sectors.

The main purpose of this support role is to help our HR function with the implementation of their annual salary review process across the entire company. You will be using Excel on a daily basis collating information and responding to annual salary increase queries.

You will also need:

" Experience in the same or similar role
" Excel proficiency
" Project management support experience resulting to fantastic time management and prioritisation abilities
" Strong communication both written and verbal
" Initiative and proactive approach
" Develop Excel template

The skills required:
" High level of Excel proficiency
" Project Management, including coordinating, following up, executing own tasks and ensuring adherence to project timelines
" Communication across all levels in the organisation; stakeholder management
" Initiate, proactive problem solving, `can do` attitude
" Distribute template to business leaders using One Drive
" Follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks by the business leaders
" Manage sign-off process using DocuSign
" Prepare employee letters using Word mail merge
" Support relevant communications
" Be point of contact for salary review process queries
" Other tasks as needed
" All tasks are done accurately and in accordance with project timelines
" Stakeholders are clearly communicated with and their inputs are collected on time
" Employee letters are produced as required

He/she has a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service and a desire to learn about the HR area.


This is a 3 month temporary vacancy based in Whitechapel paying between 10.00 and 12.00 per hour, you will also receive other benefits.

This role is to start as soon as possible and will be via an interview process.
