This role will be responsible for undertaking key data protection compliance activities in relation to HR records. Specifically, to weed and archive our electronic employee correspondence files in line with our data retention schedule. This will involve working through each file to determine which documents need to be retained and which can be archived / deleted.
Essential skills and experience;
Experience in HR administration, ideally within the public sector or third sector
Experience of dealing with HR documentation and employee records e.g. contracts, absence records, performance records, pension etc
Familiar with the key principles of data protection, employment law and records management.
Self-motivated with a methodical approach
Please note start date is flexible
Rate of pay to worker £12-£13 per hour dependent on experience.
