HR Services Administrator
Description of Team -
HR Services is part of the Finance Directorate and is the central hub for human resources, transaction processing, and customer service functions in the department. It brings together staff, processes, and the delivery of policy in modern premises, in Milton Keynes Working with Posts and Directorates, The teams provide support to staff across the business network by managing pay, benefits and allowances. They also administer appointments, recruitment and interchange systems for the Office and handle enquiries related to these and other HR services. The teams are intent on ensuring that they continue to add value to the business, providing a "best in class" service.
Purpose of the role -
All roles are administration based and require a good eye for detail as well as the ability to work accurately at pace. You will be expected to work closely with teams across HR Services, Business Managers, Line Mangers and colleagues in London, to successfully mobilise and deploy staff across the business network.
All positions are high profile and varied that require good customer support to ensure the smooth running of our service delivery functions.
