I am recruiting for a Part time HR administrator for a long established trusted company in Dingwall. They are expanding with close to 100 staff and they need your experience to join their growing team.
We need a reliable person with an attention to detail and a drive to roll your sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the role.
What you`ll being doing
You will be responsible for all day-to-day administrative tasks in the office including
" Organising recruitment, Inductions and issuing contracts
" Processing starters and leavers
" Payroll processing of weekly wages and salaries, including the management of annual leave, SSP, SMP and SPP
" Online HMRC submissions and keeping up to date with statutory requirements
" Updating employee records
" Accident record keeping and keeping up to date with Covid requirements in the workplace
" Administration of training records.
Previous HR experience or Qualification
Knowledge of Payroll or Moneysoft payroll software (Not essential as training will be given)
High level of Accuracy
