We`re currently supporting our Bradford based client who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to join their close knit team.
This is a great opportunity for a HR administrator to join a supportive company on a permanent basis. The company are supportive of personal development and learning and have funded several CIPD courses for existing staff.
The role will follow the entire employee lifecycle. You`ll be responsible for all the behind the scenes administration such as;
Drafting of HR correspondence, including offer letters
New employee contracts and new starter packs
Conducting background checks for new employees
Efficiently managing the HR inbox
Drafting of relevant correspondence and documentation (e.g. Probationary, Promotion, Termination letters etc.)
Compiling and maintaining personnel records for all employees
Dealing with any first line employee queries and providing low level support to line managers with employee relations issues
HR database management
We`re looking for an experienced HR administrator, with excellent communication and administration skills.
A CIPD qualification, or evidence you're working towards one is essential for this position.
You`ll need a keen eye for detail as accuracy and a hardworking, efficient personality.
In return our client offers;
A Salary of £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
