Job Description
Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client located close to Belfast city centre to recruit a new HR Administrator
The purpose of the HR Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the HR Manager and to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, and to undertake assigned activities relating to other functions within HR Services.
Please note that this is an entry level role.
Duties:
* Provide HR Administrative support across several key HR areas
* General administration of HR files & records - set up, maintenance & regular auditing
* Recruitment administration and new starter administration - liaising with payroll etc
* Issuing terms and conditions and starter information
* Liaise with management to ensure all probationary reviews and return to work interviews are completed on time
* Co-ordination of health and safety and soft skills training needs
* Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies
* Other duties which may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the business
Criteria:
* Must have a degree in HR
* Minimum of 6 months HR Administration experience in a professional environment
* Exceptional customer service skills gained in a professional environment
* Proven track record of producing high quality work within tight deadlines
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication skills - written and oral
* Competent in Microsoft Office packages
Salary will be decided after interview - circa £20-23k per annum
