Job Description

One of our global organisations we work closely with are actively looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy team. If you have HR or Administration background and are looking to join a team you can grow and progress with, then look no further!

The role will be working with a small team but you will have your own desk to manage and have accountability for. This will involve providing advice on and action all administrative duties from an HR admin perspective. You will be expected to take on the processes in the employee life cycle such as starter process, maternity, jury service, maternity/paternity and change or personal details etc.

You will be expected to ensure that operations staff are fully supported through timely, effective and accurate employee administration as well as providing advice to the business on relevant HR admin processes. You will also shows resilience, stamina and reliability under heavy pressure as this role requires all duties to be completed within the monthly deadline so the ability to work accurately under pressure is imperative

The ideal candidate will have excelled organisation and communication skills, be able to demonstrate a creative and constructive approach to problem solving and have ability to analyse and interpret data. They will also be able to manage their own time well to meet competing priorities, be speedy in response to customers and also be able to demonstrate continuous improvement to self-development and work activity.

The role is offering a competitive salary between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum and is permanent working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30.

In return you will benefit from their company pension and flexible benefit scheme which kicks in after their probation period. they do also have a bonus scheme in place which depends on your own personal performance.
