PART TIME HR ADMIN ASSISTANT NEEDED ON A TEMPORARY BASIS FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 3 MONTHS

My client are privately owned family run business with solid values and an entrepreneurial spirit.

I'm searching for a HR Administrator to join my client based in North Watford. The hourly salary for this role is £12.00 per hour. The hours can be flexible during the day.

For example you could work 10am - 2pm or 11am to 3pm. Please let me know what times suit you.

The ideal candidate would have worked in an HR department before and have knowledge of the following:

Conducting and preparing paperwork for new starter inductions for new employees

Contract drafting

Supporting the creation, updating, communication and implementation of the Company's HR policies

Assisting with organising and logging training and reviews for employees

Supporting the HR team by following the internal recruitment processes to help find the right candidates for the needs of the business

Work with the HR team and Management to advertise for roles within the company

Emailing all internal staff

Confident in writing letters.
