Job Description

Our Client based in Peterborough at Lynchwood Business Park, Orton is looking for a full-time, temporary Administrator to join their Recruitment/HR Team. This is a 3 month contract, but you will be able to apply for permanent roles within a their front office or back office, once you finish your assignment.

The rate of pay is £11.03 per hour, 37 hours per week. The role is Monday to Friday and they are flexible on the working hours as long as they are during the office opening hours.

Your duties will include but not be restricted to:

- Issuing contracts to new employees
- Checking on boarding documentation
- Chasing referencing
- Liaising with Line Managers regarding the on boarding of their new workers

- Reviewing candidates ID documentation
- Email inbox management
- General Administration

The ideal candidate will be confident in building working relationships, have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail.

Holiday and pension entitlement is available.

If successful, we will need to obtain the last 3 years of your employment history referencing, process Security checks and relevant ID documents.
