Job Description

We are recruiting for x 2 Temporary HR Administrators to work within our client site based in Halesowen.

This is a temporary contract that has the ability to start immediately for the right candidate. We have two positions, only for 2 months and the other for 4 months. This is a Hybrid role where you will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

FLEXIBLE WORKING OFFERED - Although this is a full time position, our client is will to offer flexible hours of either 9-5, 8-4 or 9:30-4:30.

Salary: £10.00PH

THE JOB PURPOSE

You will be supporting the Compliance Manager with cross referencing and auditing personnel files and saving them onto the HR System.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cross referencing personnel files and updating them onto HR system
  • Working to deadlines
  • Having attention to detail
  • Working as part of the compliance team
  • General administration

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Strong administration skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a targeted, pressurised and busy environment
  • Ability to undertake various projects to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literate
  • Reliable and friendly
