We are recruiting for x 2 Temporary HR Administrators to work within our client site based in Halesowen.
This is a temporary contract that has the ability to start immediately for the right candidate. We have two positions, only for 2 months and the other for 4 months. This is a Hybrid role where you will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
FLEXIBLE WORKING OFFERED - Although this is a full time position, our client is will to offer flexible hours of either 9-5, 8-4 or 9:30-4:30.
Salary: £10.00PH
THE JOB PURPOSE
You will be supporting the Compliance Manager with cross referencing and auditing personnel files and saving them onto the HR System.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross referencing personnel files and updating them onto HR system
- Working to deadlines
- Having attention to detail
- Working as part of the compliance team
- General administration
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Strong administration skills
- A high attention to detail
- Experience of working in a targeted, pressurised and busy environment
- Ability to undertake various projects to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Reliable and friendly
