Job Description
THIS ROLE IS WORKING IN THE OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN CANARY WHARF
Working for a global alternative asset manager with offices in 30 countries covering 5 continents.
The Human Resources (HR) team consists of 3 key streams: HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and Talent Attraction. The Coordinator, HR will be part of the HR Operations team providing administrative support for the region's various onboarding, payroll, and benefits activities. The role will also be the key contact for the region for updating and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and provide Global HRIS support on time zone basis.

THIS IS A PURE ADMIN ROLE-IT DOES NOT REQUIRE CIPD QUALIFICATIONS AND WILL NOT LEAD TO AN ADVISOR ROLE. WE NEED SOMEONE WHO JUST LOVES THE HR ADMIN SIDE OF THINGS.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Experience of using "Workday" and understanding payroll would be preferred
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, in particular Microsoft excel.
- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and capable of communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition.
- Highly curious, proactively seeks out a range of opinions and perspectives.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise the highest level of discretion
- Excellent problem solving/judgment skills
