Job Description

HR Administrator (People and Culture)

Weybridge

Full-time (37.5h per week)

Up to £27k per annum

Are you an experienced administrator with a proven track record of managing high volume workloads?

Are you looking to start or progress your career in HR?

Do you have excellent people skills and strong computer skills and excel in process/task driven roles?

We have a new role in to work for a leading global provider of facility services. You will be based in their central shared business hub in Weybridge, as an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team.

The People and Culture Administrator will work as a trusted partner, providing first-class HR administration to enhance the employee experience. Maintaining high and visible contact with stakeholders, enabling clear communication and representing the function through exemplary customer service.

You will support the People and Culture Team, deal with HR compliance and administrative duties, as well as being heavily involved in employee onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding. A more detailed job description can be provided on application.

In addition to the benefits package on offer, the company can provide level 3 and level 5 CIPD apprenticeships after probation and once settled into the role. There is a clear roadmap for progression from administrator up to advisor within the P&C team.

Hours will be full-time, Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week with flexible working around the core hours of 10am - 4pm.

Who are we looking for?

Whilst you don't need experience of working within HR, a drive and passion to develop a career in the HR sector. This is a very admin heavy role with a high workload so you must have experience working within such environments. Candidates who have worked in corporate head office environments, NHS or public sector are likely to have worked in such high-workload environments.

Although primarily a administrative role, working in the people and culture team, you will develop relationships and constantly work alongside people so you must have strong customer service skills and be able to build rapport with all parties.

We would like to see candidates with:

  • Has an eye for detail and can demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data. Proficient touch typing
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
  • Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders
  • Able to multi task and prioritise workload independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within in team environment.
