Job Description

HR Administrator

Temporary role till end of March 2024
Central Tunbridge Wells, with free parking & hybrid working
To start ASAP
Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
Hybrid working: x3 office days x2 WFH (dependant on business needs)

We have an opportunity to work for a well-established business in Tunbridge Wells as an HR Administrator.
This is a full time temporary role running till the end of March 2024, with chance of extension.

You will be providing admin support for HR projects, and day to date operations within the HR and Facilities departments. Typical duties will include:

" Note taking
" Maintaining employee files
" Issuing HR documents and letters
" Organising meetings
" Assisting with reporting
" Opening and scanning post
" Distributing office supplies throughout the building
" Other general administration

An HR background would be preferred however not essential for this role if you have previous experience in administration.
