We are currently recruiting a temporary HR Administrator to work in the Stockton area for a large and reputable company.
This is a temporary position for between 3 - 6 months working Monday to Friday standard office hours.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working to deadlines and dealing with volume accounts. Ideally if you have worked within an HR department this would be a great advantage.
Your duties would include but not be limited to:
Processing starter packs
Updating systems for starters and leavers
Monitor employees on maternity leave ensuring maternity leave/pay starts at the correct time, issuing letters regarding return from maternity leave
Sending out letters and emails regarding applications
Issuing reference requests for new employees and completing employment reference requests
Monitoring and ordering stationary
Monitoring return of contracts ensuring returned and signed by employee
Run required audit reports
Any other adhoc duties as and when required
This is a temporary role with an hourly rate between £9.23 and £10.25
