My client is looking for an HR Administrator on a 3 month fixed term contract to start asap.
Your duties will include:
Support with administration of benefits; including updating & maintaining spreadsheets, activation of discounts, checking invoices & usage reports and ordering relevant vouchers required
Support wider HR function with new starter onboarding;
Creating new starter booklets
Support with IT administration
Correlation of all first day information, ensuring all letters are created and documents are arranged for the induction
First day picture, creation of ID cards and announcing joiners on Slack
Assist candidate and employee enquiries by email, phone and Slack
Support Shuttle Bus drivers with administration of company expenses and upcoming holidays where cover needs to be planned
Maintain and update the company intranet and meet-the-team digital pages
Work with the HR team supporting with administrative needs and letter writing as-needed
Take on administrative projects and ad-hoc work as needed
