I am looking for an enthusiastic and experiences HR Administrator for a Bradford based client.
The successful candidate will be joining a small HR team on a temporary ongoing basis, to be reviewed in April.
The role will be providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the busy Human Resources team. The role will include:
Actively supporting the recruitment process
Processing HR documentation eg, issuing contracts
Dealing with general HR queries via an inbox
Processing starters and leavers on the system
Involvement in the salary review process (Excel skills required)
Diary management, ensuring rooms and equipment are prepares in advance for meetings
Providing general administrative support to the HR team such as scanning and filing of records and correspondence
The successful candidate will be involved in the recruitment process and various aspects of a HR administrative role so will need to be adaptable and willing to pick up different work requirements.
Applicants must have the following experience:
Strong Excel skills with experience of v-lookups and formulas
Practical experience of successful performance in HR admin role
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
The hourly pay rate is £8.00 - £9.00 depending on experience and candidates must be available for immediate interview and immediate start
