Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of the Leicestershire police for a HR administrator on an initial 6-month temporary contract.
This role will be based at the police headquarters in Enderby working in my clients fast paced and diverse HR team assisting with the day to day administrative duties, we are looking for candidates that are able to work between 30-37 hours per week.
Duties for this role will include;
" Updating the HR website to ensure content is current
" Publish internal and external orders
" Organising meeting and taking notes
" Assisting with research for various HR projects
" Provide diary management to members of the HR team
" Monitor the HR inbox to ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
" Inputting information onto various spread sheets and CRM systems
Candidates must come have extensive administration experience and ideally would have worked within a HR team previously. Experience of working for the police or a similar organisation would be beneficial but not essential.
The hourly rate of pay is £9.58p/h.
Please note that successful candidates must pass police vetting which can take up to 6 weeks to clear.
