Brook Street are recruiting for a great opportunity as a HR Administrator role located in Southend.
The HR Administrator will work alongside, the Human Resources and Recruitment teams, undertaking all administration tasks required. The role will report into the HR Business Partner and provide support to the business in all areas of HR support.
Along with the usual HR administrative duties, the HR Administrator will be regularly involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees and supporting managers at Employee Relations meetings.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to support and influence managers in all areas and will have excellent communication skills.
" A minimum of 5 GCSE's including English grade C or equivalent (exceptional circumstances considered), You must have superb written and spoken English;
" Interested or looking to work towards a CIPD level 3 qualified;
" Strong Employment Law knowledge;
" Excellent administration and communication skills;
" Worked within a fast paced environment;
" Previous experience in a HR Administrator role
" Understanding of HR/ER and ACAS best practice
28 days holiday (including bank holiday)
The salary being offered is £20,000 - £22,000 p/a
The hours of work are Monday- Friday 9am -5:30pm
