Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Mon - Fri between 9am & 5pm
Are you looking to further your career within HR? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious individual who has a background in HR Administration/Recruitment.
HR/Recruitment experience is not essential but is desirable.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, must be confident and have great attention to detail as you will be responsible for:-
Processing new starter details on to the system
Scanning and uploading all contractual documents
Monitoring and maintaining email inbox
Liaising with new starters via telephone to answer any on boarding questions
Dealing with all aspects of recruitment and HR processes, including the utilisation and administration of the recruitment system
Ensuring candidates are compliant
Co-ordinate all external vacancy advertising
Online filing and archiving
Any other general admin duties needed
This position is based within a fast paced environment and you therefore must have the ability to work under pressure, have the ability to multitask and to communicate effectively.
