Our client is based in central Oxford and are looking for a HR Shared Service Administrator to help and support the administrative team with fixed contracts, contract changes, payroll changes and general HR administrative processes using CORE HR and other systems. Within this role you will have many responsibilities such as, manage incoming correspondence for the team and provide first level advice and information in response to HR related queries, via email, on the phone or in person. You will be asked to support the HR Shared Service Manager and Head of HR Shared Service in employee engagement activities such as communication, consultation meetings and the annual reward and recognition scheme. The position will be paying between £11.39 - £13.19 p/h and you will be paid weekly. This role is on a temporary contract and are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 10 month period, covering maternity leave.
