Job Description

Brook Street, based in Telford is recruiting for a Human resources Administrator to work for a global organisation in central Telford.

This will be a temporary position to start as soon as possible running until at least December 2019 (possibly March 2020)

The pay rate is £9.74ph up to £10.25ph depending on experience.

Preferably you will be CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification or maybe you have relevant work experience within a similar role.

37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday.

Ideally, candidates will have HR experience or maybe a background in Finance/Legal/Compliance.
You must be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail.

Duties will include processing all HR administration relating to the employee lifecycle. Provision of excellent service to our customers, the employees and managers of the UK businesses. Ensure that all documentation is managed in an effective and timely manner and in accordance with the HR Services teams KPIs. Accurate control and maintenance of all HR owned information technology systems. The HR Services Team is responsible for numerous HR Information Systems (HRIS). These must be maintained in a timely manner and have to remain up to date and accurate at all times as this is the master data file for all employees. Data analysis and reporting on this data can be required, therefore IT literacy is essential.

Education

GCSE A-C English & Mathematics.

You will be working within a large team in a fast paced, results orientated HR Services environment for a global organisation, operating to deadlines and multitasking.

Skills requirements:

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills / customer focused, going above and beyond for the customer is vital
Ability to communicate effectively across the organisation.
Ability to work to defined deadlines and under pressure
Strong IT skills, including evidence of Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work as part of a team towards a common goal
Excellent attention to detail, accurate and conscientious, providing a high quality of work.
