The post holder will be expected to work independently using their own initiative to manage workload and support the HR Manager and the HR team.
You will ideally have experience of working in a busy administrative role, experience of establishing administrative systems and procedures making improvements where necessary and experience of working to deadlines.
Excellent computer and IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Good administrative and organisational skills and excellent verbal/written skills and telephone manner.
