Job Description

My client, located in West Byfleet, is seeking a temporary HR administrator to start immediately on a temporary full time basis.

Duties:

  • General administration
  • Applying for DBS Applications
  • Responding to email inbox queries
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • New starter checks
  • Arranging agency staff
  • Co-ordinating Rotas

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background who can work well under pressure with forward thinking. Being organised and being able to prioritise is essential within this role. Any previous experience as a PA/Secretary, HR co-ordinator or anyone who has previously worked in recruitment would be an advantage.

Location: 5 minutes walk from West Byfleet Station. Nearby parking is available at £6 per day.
