Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting new job, working at a modern office in St Albans? I'm searching for a HR Administrator to join a very energetic and busy team of people. The company provide IT solutions globally and they are a progressive and growing business.


You must have either a HR qualification or be working towards this or have some solid HR experience. If you have both then great! There's also a possibility this could be a part time role if you have a lot of experience in HR.


Ideally this role would suit someone at the beginning of their HR career, and really wants to commit to progressing in this field. You should be committed and be very organised and personable, showing confidence when communicating with team members and management staff. In this job you could be asked to help organise events, Xmas hampers etc. so you need to be someone with a good team spirit who likes to get stuck in! The company will pay for your CIPD following a successful probation and if you show promise to stay with them.


Salary: 18-20k
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

" Conducting and preparing paperwork for new starter inductions for new employees
" Recording, maintaining and monitoring HR absence records and corresponding reports
" Supporting the creation, updating, communication and implementation of the Company's HR policies
" Assisting with organising and logging training and reviews for employees
" Liaising with Management to develop and create job specifications as required
" Supporting the HR Manager by following the internal recruitment processes to help find the right candidates for the needs of the business
" Work with the HR team and Management to organise interviews for successful candidates
" Helping source and organise apprenticeship schemes for the UK group
" Conducting research for business related travel including hotels, flights and other transport requirements
" Supporting the HR Manager with the internal payroll and commission process
" Preparing documentation for the HR Manager
