Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a friendly, family run organisation in Glossop.

Due to changes within the department, we are looking for a temporary, HR Administrator who can hit the ground running within a fast-paced and established HR department.

You`ll be joining an upbeat and friendly team, as part of a multi-award-winning employer who are the fastest growing within our field.

This role is on a temporary basis for a 3 month period and will be working a 37.50 hour week. The company are flexible with hours but you will be required to work within the core hours of 9.30am to 3pm. The training will be office based for the first couple of weeks and then hybrid working is an option after this.
Salary £22,000 - £24,000

The successful candidate must have a proven track record within a HR administrative role as they need this person to hit the ground running and take on an immediate work load. They are a busy team so you must be proactive and accountable for your work.

In this role you will be required to support HR meetings, recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, sending out offer letters, arranging interviews, dealing with payroll and holiday enquiries, updating 121 records and supporting your team in place.

You must be confident on Excel as there is no internal HR systems in place.
