HR Advisor - 35 Hours p/w - £15.57ph

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor based in Cardiff Gate starting immediately.

This is a long term temporary position and could go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:
- Provide confidential advice face to face, by telephone and in writing on a range of HR enquiries including; short and long term absence, performance management, probation and fixed term contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and managers
- Providing a first point of contact for HR advice and proactively engaging with and meeting staff
- Manage an informal and formal employee relations case load including; grievance, disciplinary and flexible working matters
- Conduct leaver interviews, ensuring that the appropriate documentation is completed and recorded.
- Assist with Payroll queries and process
- Documenting HR reports on employees

The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in HR position
- Experience dealing with case work
- Ability to use own initiative
