HR Advisor required -Telford - £13.50ph
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our client on a temporary basis starting as soon as possible. This is expected to run for approximately 2-3 months however this could be extended.
You will be an experienced HR professional that can hit the ground running in a fast paced HR department in a generalist capacity.
This is a really varied role and you be involved in the recruitment of staff which will include running adverts and liaising with agencies. You will be managing staff queries including issuing information regarding policies, processes, benefits etc. You will be responsible for ensuring staff files are accurate, and up to date with all evidence of training and development.
This will be very case work heavy therefore experience handling disciplinaries, grievances and handling long term sickness cases would be highly beneficial.
You will need to have effective communication skills, excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritise your work load to ensure deadlines are met. You will need a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and ideally have experience of operating the OpenHR system.
