My client is looking for a HR advisor to cover a 2 month temp contract that has a can do attitude and isn`t afraid to jump straight in to the duties that need covering.
The main duties and responsibilities of the post include the following:-
¢ Advise and support managers through disciplinary, grievance and capability cases; take a support role in management investigations when required; liaise with the Trade Union Representatives concerning queries / complaints from their members.
¢ Advise and guide managers on appropriate absence management and dealing with absence issues.
¢ Identify through the use of absence data issues and proactively raise with managers, occupational health and other relevant people.
¢ Deal with referrals to the occupational health service as required.
Experience with change management would be ideal but is not essential.
Please be advised this role is based over three sites and will require, cover at other locations on a rota basis. A DBS would be required for this client.
