My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their facilities management company based in Stockport.
The company delivers a diverse range of frontline services for private and public businesses across the Stockport Borough and beyond. They are looking for an individual with impeccable people skills, who are happy to work with individuals from all areas of the business and who can deal with complex cases relating discrimination and capability.
This role requires the right person to go above and beyond their job role to show genuine care for the interest of their employees.
Your duties will include:
- Advising on employee relations issues and provide professional support in disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, discrimination and capability cases.
- Represent the HR Service and/or the company at internal/external meetings and working groups.
- Manage/co-ordinate specific HR projects as required, compile reports and present findings as necessary.
- Ensure that accurate HR records are maintained, and appropriate systems are developed in order to provide a range of regular management reports in respect of HR topics, i.e. sickness absence, turnover, accident statistics, equality data, including the collection, analysis and presentation of this information.
