Our client a well established company based in Cardiff are looking to employ a HR Advisor for a fixed term contract of 12 months.
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of a professional, legally compliant and value-added generalist HR service with a focus on employee relations and wellbeing.
You will be delivering proactive HR generalist business support.
Overseeing and monitoring a formal Employeer Relations caseload ensuring that all disciplinary, grievance, capability and dignity at work cases are dealt with in line with policies, procedures and legislation.
Overseeing and monitoring the wellbeing and absence management case function and supporting Line Managers to effectively manage.
Support the continuous improvement of HR practices, developing, implementing HR policies, procedures and systems.
Produce monthly KPI data and analytical reports to support ongoing monitoring.
You will need to be Level 5, or equivalent, CIPD qualification or working towards and have experience of working in a similar role within a busy HR team along with a good understanding of good practice in HR policies, procedures and practices
