This post is to support the temps and contractor service internally to NHS Digital providing support and guidance to the business on processes and operations as well as engaging with agencies on any operational issues and risk while the current resources concentrate on implementation of new supplier and systems
CIPD or previous experience of working in a busy HR team.
o Previous experience of working within the NHS - preferable
o Assist in the busy day to day operations of the temps and contractor space.
o Problem solving, proactive in identifying potential problems.
o Excellent communication skills
o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel is required with PowerPoint and SharePoint being a benefit
o Leadership, management and supervisory skills and experience desirable.
