The key focus areas for the individual will be delivery of a comprehensive range of HR generalist services specifically in relation to the management of employee relations cases within the HR Operations and Business Partnering team and for the provision of comprehensive HR generalist advice, guidance and support across NHS Digital and nominated Directorates. The individual will also provide HR advice on workplace adjustments, together with their fellow HR Advisors, to support our new Workplace Adjustments Team.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering comprehensive flexible HR services across NHS Digital and across nominated areas of HR service delivery, e.g. Case management, Business Partnering and project work.
You will use your HR skills, knowledge, and ability on a wide variety of people related activities.
Responsible for a case load of attendance and other employee relations cases.
Providing subject matter expertise on a variety of both internal and external HR policies, procedures and interventions to enable NHS Digital to deliver the People Plan.
Responsible for maintaining the HR Case Tracker/Systems to ensure accuracy of information in relation to HR activity.
Producing and providing HR reports and analytical information to inform the HR Team and Directorates in relation to HR Performance.
Maintaining and assuring data quality and information in relation to HR activity and employee records, governance and assurance.

People Practice understanding the range of people practices needed to be an effective people professional
How to work effectively as part of a team Employee Relations how employment law (e.g. statute, case law) is created and how to interpret it into people practices
Culture & Behaviour Understand how employee engagement impacts the way people feel at work
Business Acumen What are your organisation's goals and why is it important for organisations to plan
Analytics & Creating Value understanding analytics and its use in creating insight and measuring value
