Job Description
We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join client NHS England. These are temporary roles lasting 3 months with possible extension

- Location: Working from home but a hybrid model may be introduced where you will work some days in the office and some days at home - the office will be based in Leeds City Centre - LS1 or in London
- Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours a week - 9-5
- Assignment length: 3 months (may be extended subject to business requirements)
- Salary: £11.74 raising to £12.74 per hour after 12 weeks (Annually £24,843)

The HR & OD Function will provide a single comprehensive HR & OD service across the Organisation. It will support senior leaders and line managers to recruit, retain, deploy and develop the Organisations workforce, and develop and implement HR & OD policies and practise to enable a healthy high performing organisation that is diverse and inclusive.
The HR & OD Function will lead formal partnership arrangements with recognised unions and reward, through pay and benefits, the workforce in-line with relevant legislation, governance and terms and conditions
The role holder will apply skills across a range of data management and analysis areas including:
- Providing a value-added HR and OD service enabling innovative HR and OD solutions to address business problems to ensure that HR and OD actively contribute to business delivery in the organisation by;
- Advising, supporting and assisting managers in the application of all HR & OD policies through telephone, e-mail, or face to face interactions;
- Managing general HR and OD queries via telephone, email or the dedicated inbox;
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation, NHS policy and terms and conditions;
- Designing delivering ad hoc presentations on a range of HR & OD subjects as and when required by managers at all levels within the organisation;
- Keeping up to date on employment law issues and forthcoming legislation including identifying any impact on organisational policies and procedures;
Desired Skills and experience:
- Strong HR background
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (essential)
