Are you an HR Advisor looking to work from home?

We have a permanent role for an HR Advisor to join the West Malling, Kent division of this leading national charity.

This is a full time role WORKING FROM HOME with some travel to offices in North London and occasionally to Kent and Sussex. A COMPANY CAR IS PROVIDED!! However you MUST be able to easily commute to the above offices as required

Your CV should demonstrate experience of employee relations casework such as grievance, TUPE, disciplinary and capability. You will have a talent for HR training, experience of successfully advising and coaching line managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and have a gift for communication and building strong relationships

You will be an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

This rewarding role is agile in nature with a blend of home working and regional travel on occasions. There is no office space for this role so you do need to be based in this area of the country.
