Job Description

A Leader in the Education sector is seeking a Senior HR advisor on a 12 month contract opportunity based in Langley.

This role is offering a salary of up to £39,064 per annum - Benefits on offer with this exciting opportunity are as below.

In addition, there will be a requirement for local travel to the other campuses in Windsor and Egham.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator. You will be working in a busy team, collaborating with staff at all levels within the business to offer a supportive and flexible hr service.

This roles purpose will be to provide professional and practical support to staff within a framework of business focused policies. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team in ensuring HR advice services and management systems are available and accurate at all times.

Key duties -

1. Advising on HR issues providing advice and guidance
2. Supporting managers with best practice advise through disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
3. Liaising with trade union representatives
4. Supporting and participating in change management
5. Advising and supporting managers with complex attendance cases
6. Leading on Maternity, paternity and flexi working applications
7. Supporting with the introduction, development and implementation of HR systems including data management, training and instruction
8. Assist in the recruitment process, advising on methods, strategic approached and process quality control
9. Contribute to the ongoing reviewing and implementation on policies and procedures
10. Conducting exit interviews and analysis of results - identifying areas of development
11. Manage Hr coordination, providing coaching and support to team members where required
12. Promote excellent customer service
