Job Description

A HR advisor opportunity has become available with our Healthcare industry client - seeking support for a 3 month contract based fully remotely.

This role is offering a salary of up to £32,306 per annum

Monday - Friday hours only, working 37.5hours per week between 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm and offering sole remote working from home.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator. You will be working in a busy team, collaborating with staff at all levels within the business to offer a supportive and flexible hr advice service.

This roles purpose will be to provide professional and practical support to staff within accordance with Employment framework of business focused policies.

Key duties -

1. Providing advice to staff at all levels on all aspects of HR policies and procedures.
2. Supporting managers with best practice advise through disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
3. Participating as part of disciplinary panels and attending meetings as necessary
4. Supporting and participating in change management
5. Advising and supporting managers with complex attendance cases
6. Providing professional advice and support to managers regarding grievance procedures
7. Attend and support in selection interviews and assessments
8. Assist in the recruitment process, advising on methods, strategic approached and process quality control
9. Provide objective, professional and welfare support to all staff where appropriate in addition to sign posting when required
10. Conducting exit interviews and analysis of results - identifying areas of development
11. Work closely with the payroll and workforce teams to ensure up to date terms are communicated to staff
12. Promote excellent customer service
