My client based in Manchester City Centre are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their team to help support in providing advice, guidance and clarity for all colleagues on various HR and recruitment systems and processes.

" Helping to implement the people strategy
" Ensure HR and operational policies and procedures are fit for purpose and adhered to by all colleagues
" Provide robust and bespoke HR advice to all levels within the organisation
" Oversee recruitment processes and work alongside colleagues and line managers to ensure best practice when it comes to fair and inclusive recruitment
" Work alongside the OD Manger to implement EDI and HR related OD interventions and initiatives across the organisation
" Assist with research implementation and enhancement of existing and new HR and recruitment systems
-Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role along with experience within a HR function.
-Proficient in the use of computer technology packages e.g. Word, Excel, email and internet and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
