Job Description

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a short-term basis, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on HR environment, where you'll be the go-to person for all things ER.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

You'll be handling a wide range of ER casework, including:

• Conducting investigations

• Managing disciplinary and grievance processes

• Supporting performance management cases

• Handling absence management and related meetings

📅 Contract Details:

• Start date: Tuesday 23rd September

• End date: Friday 31st October, possibly longer

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility possible)

• Location: Office-based, Dartford, on-site parking

• Pay: £16.80 per hour

🎯 What we're looking for:

• Solid HR Advisory experience with a strong background in ER case management

• Confident handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

• Able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
