A dynamic and fast growing FMCG company are looking for a HR and L&D Manager to join their fantastic team.
This is a senior role, responsible for leading and managing the company's HR and L&D function and we are looking of someone with experience of a fast ever growing industry who can step right into the role.
o Provide strategic direction to the Directors and Senior Managers
o Executing the day-to-day HR business and contributing to shaping the HR function
o Organisation of employee onboarding
o Review and optimization of existing HR processes and structures
o Collaborative working with all stakeholders
o Provide 'best practice' examples and advice to all management personnel
o Compliance with relevant laws and statutory processes
o Take care of the organisational development, help employees with their development; ensure staff engagement
o Monitor the induction process of new employees and ensure their proper integration
o Ensure all activities are compliant with internal rules & regulations, as well as external ones
o Maintain HR systems
o Review and update company handbook periodically and in line with key changes
o Monitor and review performance
o Conduct training on HR practices and assist with other departments
o Time and attendance management
o Ensure fairness and equality
o Report on key business KPI and provide improvements
o Developments and communications are effective
o Oversee and coordinate training and development function
o Conduct strategic project work
This is a Monday to Friday position 8.30 - 5 but flexibility would be required due to the 3 shift pattern of the other staff.
Salary for this position is up to £50k depending on experience with pension contribution, health Insurance and 32 days annual leave.
