12 Month Fixed Term Contract
A fantastic position has arisen for a highly organised, reliable, conscientious individual who is able to problem solve, work under pressure and use initiative.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, you will be working remotely until the office fully reopens and will be responsible for:-
Keeping up to date with all HR legislation, management of all recruitment, assist with appraisals and reviews, maintaining staff records including holiday and sickness, maintaining health and safety procedures.
Office Management & Admin Duties
Managing all office documents, maintaining the condition of the office and arranging the necessary repairs, liaising with external suppliers, screening telephone calls and handling enquiries, greeting visitors, managing travel insurance and documents for senior staff, producing documents and reports and much more.
You will have at least 2 years` Office Managerial experience, be confident using both MS Word and Excel and ideally have some form of HR experience.
The salary is negotiable between £23-£25,000 per annum and this is a full-time role. You will need to be local as although this will be working from home you will need to be within a commutable distance to the Office when it reopens.
