Job Description

Brook Street are working with a superb organisation based in Cardiff who are looking for a Payroll and HR Office - Working 4 days a week and you will be reporting to the HR Director. Start ASAP.


" Maintaining accurate payroll data and keeping records updated
" Process four weekly and monthly payroll including entering data into Sage 50
" Monitor all staffing changes including starters, leavers and other amendments to
salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements
" Maintain accurate calculations and recordings of payments for sickness, maternity,
paternity and adoption leave both statutory and occupational
" Processing of relevant HMRC forms including P45, P46 etc
" Prepare information to assist in the provision of information to external agencies in
relation to mortgage reference, Child Support Agency questionnaires etc., as required
" Manage all types of attachment orders and arrange payment to the relevant bodies
" Managing auto enrolment requirements including uploading pension reports to relevant pension providers
" Completing year end and distributing P60's
" Collation of journals for finance team
" Assist with HR related activities as required

The role is predominantly payroll but you will assisting HR when needed.

Paying £20,000 P/A - Working 4 days a week, flexible.
