Job Description

My client is a world leading and forward-thinking organisation, that specialise in the engineering and development of test system solutions. Due to continued success and growth they are seeking an HR/Training Advisor to join their successful team in Kidderminster.

Reporting to the HR Manager, The Training Advisor will deliver professional training services for the service engineers, apprentices and employees, providing pragmatic, creative and business focused solutions and recommendations. You will develop relationships with all employees to provide support and guidance on a range of training and HR matters. You will write and present information briefings on a range of Training and HR related topics and represent the UK in global training meetings when required.
You must be passionate in delivering world class training and support.

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate a working history in a Training Advisor or similar training role with knowledge of effective learning and development methods. It is preferred you are CIPD Level 3 qualified or above and generalist HR experience is desired.

There may be some travel included with this position, and although infrequent you must be available when required.

In return for all the above you will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary, pending experience, plus additional company benefits. This is a Monday - Friday position, 37.5 hours per week.
