Do you have previous experience working in an HR team?

Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

I am working with an educational college who are seeking a HR Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a responsible role requiring efficient administrative and organisational skills combined with a professional, proactive and flexible approach to work. You will have previous experience of working in an HR team and the ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy with minimum supervision, scheduling your own workload to meet deadlines. The ability to communicate professionally, confidently, tactfully and effectively to a high standard, in writing as well as orally, is also an essential requirement of the role. Previous experience of using Human Resource Information Systems and CIPD level 3 or equivalent would be advantageous but are not essential.

The salary per annum will be between £25,941 - £27,511.
Working hours will be Mon- Fri - 9:00 - 17:00.
