" Monthly outsourced payroll administration
" Maintaining personnel records
" Employee life cycle administration including, recruitment, onboarding, transfers/promotions, employee status changes, termination procedures
" Data interrogation and reporting of HR and payroll systems
" Absence management reporting and administration
" Training & Development recording
" Lease car administration
" Administrative tasks to support HR projects
" Minute taking during HR meetings
" Purchase order requisition processing
" Organising company events
The ideal candidate will:
" Have strong communication skills
" Be conscientious and apply good attention to detail
" Possess excellent organisational skills
" Be computer literate
" Excellent customer service skills and role model the companies values.
Qualifications & Experience
" CIPD qualified (preferable)
" A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role
" Payroll processing knowledge is essential
" Experience with HR systems such as SAP and/or Success Factors (desirable)
